We are all about Life and Womens Football
Football is important – but there are other things we need to stay healthy and happy.
Our aim is to provide a platform to help you find the information you need to develop your football skills, stay physically healthy, and boost your mental fitness too.
Playing football is a great way to ensure you lead a happy and healthy life.

Our Coaches
We invite players and coaches to give their insights into our tips and courses.

Katrina Alexander
Katrina Alexander (Chevy) offers an all-rounded coaches perspective with over 30 years of technical coaching experience. Whether it’s coaching players new to the game, NPL teams or mentoring other coaches, Katrina knows the keys to success. Katrina draws upon her coaching experience including a period in the USA where she worked for UK Elite to build the skills of potential College teams and more recently as a Board member at an NPL club. In her playing career that included tours to the USA she picked up her nickname “Chevy”, as well as a wealth of international playing experience. As an U19 Australian vice captain - Katrina also knows the commitment and challenges of playing at an elite level.

Julie Kinsey
Julie Kinsey (Kins) offers a UK perspective to WFootball. As a qualified Exercise Physiologist Julie is able to offer critical information and insights into fitness and well being. Her prior career as a PE teacher ensures that Julie can target information suited to players at school level, and also know what will help other teaching staff build their coaching skills. Julie believes that no matter how committed you are - you need to enjoy your training and have a positive mental approach.

Fiona Andrew
Fiona Andrew (Fi-FA) is our key behind the scenes team member. Fiona’s long term career in public administration including a distinguished career in the diplomatic service means Fiona brings an astute perspective to operations. As our Client Services Director Fiona is also the friendly voice to help with enquiries and feedback.

Lisa Jones
Lisa Jones is our other behind the scenes operator. Lisa has a 20+ year background in adult education and online training. This enables WFootball to offer high quality lessons suited to different audiences and learning styles. As a sponsor of a number of NPL teams, Lisa is also aware of the challenges faced by players and clubs to obtain affordable training and support.

Erin Nugent
Erin is an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist with over 10 years experience working in community, semi-professional and professional sport. Erin was a keen young soccer player in her youth (although never Matilda's material!), and has been lucky enough to work with NPL Women's, A-League Women's and AFLW players. Erin brings her knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation from high performance environments to WFC.
